Having been established in 2012, the Global Association of Transition Engineering (GATE) is now moving into next phase of development
This years’ Convergence explores the current activities in GATE and Transition Engineering, and where we are going as a community
Over 2.5 hours we will hear from GATE co-founders Daniel Kenning and Susan Krumdieck on progress to date, and we will put ourselves to work around the questions of GATE’s impact, trajectory and delivery of engineering transitions
The Convergence will be followed by 30 minutes for the GATE Annual General Meeting - all are welcome to attend
The convergence of different ideas, groups, or societies is the process by which they stop being different and become more similar
Downshifting unsustainability requires convergence
Convergence 2024 is an online only meeting
You must register to attend and a link will be sent to you in advance of the event on Thursday November 14th
